Player Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before your tee time. We’ll do our best to find a substitute, but a credit can only be offered if one is found.

We still have to pay for the reserved spot to make sure it stays reserved for our group, so everyone can count on playing with other women. Last-minute cancellations make this tricky and can mean losing the tee time altogether.

Pace of Play

Pace of play is about keeping a steady rhythm so everyone can enjoy their round. This is the only etiquette rule we adhere to! lol

You’re allowed 40 seconds per shot, and a 9-hole round should take about 2 hours (2hr 15mins max)

Only take max two muligans during the round. No one cares about your score, so it doesn’t matter if you shank it into the trees, simply drop another ball and keep moving forward. If there is a group behind you waiting, then it is strongly discouraged to re-take any shots.

Keep Things Moving

  • Play “Ready Golf.” Be prepared to hit when it’s safe, not just when it’s your formal turn.

  • Plan ahead. Choose your club and line up your shot while others play.

  • Limit practice swings. One is enough!

  • Stay with the group ahead. If you can’t see them, you’re falling behind.

  • Be efficient on the greens. Read your putt while others play and move to the next tee promptly.

  • Park smart. Leave your cart or bag near the next tee to save time. You should never be walking backwards to your cart. Always park beside or in front of you.

  • Keep ball searches short. Spend no more than a minute looking — drop a new one and keep going. The universe will thank you for this.

  • Drop a new ball l if you think yours might be lost.

  • Chat between shots. Keep the conversation flowing — just not while others are hitting.

Arrive Early

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your tee time so we can greet one another and get organized.

Respect Others

Encourage good shots, stay positive, and give players space to focus when it’s their turn.

Respect The Course

Repair divots, rake bunkers, and avoid bringing carts near greens.

Stick to designated cart paths where possible.

Dress The Part

Wear proper golf attire — Please avoid denim, t-shirts, or athletic shorts.

Scoring

We don’t require team scoring, but you’re welcome to track your own score if you wish.

Safety First

Be aware of others before swinging.

If your ball might hit someone, shout “Fore!” loudly to warn them.

Most Importantly—Have fun!

We’re here to enjoy the game, connect with great women, and share the love of golf.

When everyone follows these simple guidelines, the round runs smoothly — and everyone has a good time.
